Who We Are?
Public Warehousing Company is a joint stock company which was founded in 1989 with SAR 30 million (thirty million Saudi riyal) as its capital. The main activity of the company is focused on developing the warehouse infrastructure, enhancing and upgrading the logistics hubs. The company runs business from its headquarter in Al-Khobar and from its branches in Dammam and Riyadh. The company expands its activity outside of the Kingdom to reach the Kingdom of Bahrain and Sultanate of Oman through its two subsidiary companies (Ma’alim Al-Khalij the Bahraini Real State Company) and (Spaces for warehousing projects and logistics).
Our strategy
We work towards being regional platform for the logistic and warehousing services through focusing on developing and renting the warehouses in the logistic regions in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in the countries of Gulf Cooperation Council through the strength aspects and the competitive features of the company.
Our vision
We aim to create strong infrastructure in the field of developing the logistic hubs and the warehousing centers in order to contribute in supporting all the sectors in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia with the aim of contributing in achieving (The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s vision 2030) to transform the kingdom into an international logistic area which contributes to the overall world trade.

Our Projects
Public Warehousing Company works on enhancing the logistic hubs and the warehousing/distribution centers in different zones of the kingdom. The aim of implementing these projects is due to the company’s concern to provide the appropriate infrastructure and because the company believes that the logistic sector is the main leverage to all the industrial and economical activities.
